2. How it works.
- The Natural-Extender penile extender is fitted to the penile stem when it is flaccid or at rest, and it is attached with a latex band (provided with the medical device) to the upper, anatomically-shaped plastic part to receive and support the glans penis.
-Once the medical device is fitted onto the penile body, the necessary traction will be automatically applied thanks to its internal structure, which is provided with dynamic springs.
-The traction recommended in each phase will be progressively and arithmetically applied by means of superimposed millimetric parts designed with total precision for each phase.
-These parts, called "extenders", should be added as indicated in the instruction manual, and they will adapt the Natural-Extender to the new penis measurements in each phase of treatment until it is completed.
-Treatment will last between 4 and 6 months, depending on the results the patient wants to obtain.
-Studies carried out on different patients (57 in all), who volunteered to take part in our follow-up, indicate that, on average, the resulting increase is approximately 2 cm after 4 months and around 3.5 cm after 6 months of treatment.
-Traction should be applied to the elastic tissues of the penis for 5 hours in the intensive method and for 9-10 hours in general. In either case, the pauses deemed advisable to adapt to the different life styles of each patient should be observed.

If there are any sores on the penis, the Natural-Extender should not be used until they are completely cured.
- Side effects: none have been described . It does not affect erectile or orgasmic capacity or fertility.
-It should not be used by patients with respiratory or blood circulation problems, or by those who suffer from advanced diabetes or cirrhosis.

3. Traction.
Traction is the principle used to achieve elongation of the elastic tissues that make up the penile stem.
The effectiveness of the Natural-Extender is based on continued, progressive use of the principle of traction.
This traction produces in the penile body tissues a structural-level adaptation reaction of the tissular components of the penis, causing a cellular multiplication that results in the following:
- A lengthening of the penile stem in both the flaccid and erectile states.
- An increased girth or thickness in the flaccid and erectile states.
- The results obtained are of an indefinite nature.
- Neither fertility nor the erectile or orgasmic capacity is affected.
Throughout the history of medicine, the Principle of Traction has been accepted and used in all eras, cultures and civilizations.
Medical studies based on ancestral customs practiced by African tribes for hundreds of years have proved that it is possible to elongate different parts of the body (lips, ears, legs, neck, etc.) by the continued use of traction. |
